What this is, in plain words
This is where you tell Chevy what you want to do for past clients and how often — a birthday video every year, a handwritten note every quarter, a monthly CMA. Add each one as an event: who it's for, what it is, and when it repeats. Every event is a real markdown file in your vault (look for the PastClients folder), so they show up in Prop Vault like everything else, back up with your vault, and you can open or edit them as plain files too.
Once a day, Chevy checks what's coming up in the next week and posts a reminder list to Discord — but only after you approve the exact message. Nothing is ever sent to your clients from here — these are reminders for you to act on. Add contacts by hand, or click Import to bring a whole list in at once (paste it or use a screenshot — you confirm every row before anything is saved); syncing your roster straight from GoHighLevel is a separate, later project.
